Federal—CDBG-CV (COVID-19) account($1,543,033); and appropriates the same to the
following CDBG -CV accounts: Administration($250,033); Hawai`i Food Bank($643,033);
HOPE Services ($300,000); HCEOC ($150,000); and Boys & Girls Club ($200,000). Ayes:
Council Members David, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards,
Villegas, and Acting Chair Eoff— 8;Noes: None; Absent: Council Member Chung— 1;
Excused: None.
