RESOLUTION NO. 613 20
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE PAINT FOR THE HALE HALAWAI
FACILITY.
WHEREAS, Hale Halawai is a County recreational facility that is utilized by the public
for elderly activities, family celebrations, community meetings, classes, and other various events;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase
additional paint supplies to finish renovations for the Hale Halawai facility; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to purchase additional paint supplies for the Hale Hdldwai facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby
transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,500
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,500

(Hale Halawai facility)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
