of Communication No. 874.5 as duly approved by the Council during its May 6, 2020 meeting.

The Council suspended its Rule No. 24(1)(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Bill No. 159, Draft 2, as amended to Draft 3, on second and final reading.
