Resolution 604-20
To: Council Testimony
Dear Finance Committee Chair and Members,
I strongly urge you to support Resolution 604-20 which with allow PATH to continue operating the
Bikeshare systems in Kona and Hilo. This funding will allow the continuation of the free Bikeshare
membership through 2020 and will help with plans to add Bikeshare stations at Hawaii Community
College and UH Hilo.
In this time of our confinement with Covid 19, it has been a godsend to take a bike out for enjoyment
and exercise . This has been such a benefit to both physical and psychological health . I've experienced
Kona's natural beauty like never before .
