Re: Amend Bill 168
Bill 168 was transmitted to Council on May 1, 2020 to set up the proper accounts and
appropriate funds from the State of Hawai`i in conjunction with the Coronavirus Relief Fund
under the Coronavirus Aid,Relief,and Economic Security Act(CARES Act). The Department
of Finance wishes to amend Bill 168 in order to make the following changes (material to
be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored):
SECTION L Ordinance No_19-73,as amended,is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s)to the fund(s)as set forth in Section 2.
