SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2020-2021
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 2, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2020-2021. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund
revenue and expenditure accounts as follows: increases the Fund Balance From Previous Year
revenue account by $315,000 and increases Contingency Relief, Miscellaneous Charges expense
account by $315,000.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts are reflected below:
