SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 2; Proposed OP Budget for FY20-21
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 2, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2020-2021. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund
revenue and expenditure accounts as follows: increases the PMVI Program Income revenue
• account by $25,000 and increases PMVI Pgm SSW expense account by $25,000 and adds a new
line item for CILV.
The Department of Finance's PMVI (Periodic Motor Vehicle Inspection) Program is funded by
the State, so line item CILV (cash in lieu of vacation) is needed for the County to be reimbursed.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund revenue and expenditure
• accounts are reflected below:
