pay 100's of thousands of dollars per,home to have a home here on the Sig
Island! The average days in residents in those multimillion homes is 28 days a
year, and yet they will pay more taxes? Development of these types of properties

circumstances will be tough and tougher if we pile on expenses when we know
revenue will be down.
