Re: Resolution for multi-year agreement
The Department of Finance seeks to enter into a lease agreement for a five-year term,
with the option to renew the lease for two (2) additional five (5) year terms to utilize the
premise as the Police Department warehouse. , ,
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a five-year, multi-year lease
• agreement with options with Milo Storage LLC, for approximately 13,900 square feet of
warehouse space.

A. REQUEST:
Prepare County Council submittal authorizing the County of Hawaii Police Department to enter into a Lease
for five years with the option to extend for two addtiional five year term to utilize the premises for Warehouse
purposes.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The County of Hawaii Police Department request to lease the premise consisting of 13,900 square feet
owned by Milo Storage LLC, for a Police warehouse in Kea'au, Hawaii. The proposed lease is for five years
with the option to extend for two additional five year term.
