SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2020-2021
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 2, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2020-2021. This proposed amendment would provide funds to subsidize
golf in West Hawai`i by amending the General Fund revenue and expenditure accounts as
follows:
• Increases the revenue account Fund Balance From Previous Year by $250,000; and
• Increases the expense account West HI Golf Program by $250,000.
