Attached is Bill No. 144, Draft 3. Bill No. 144, Draft 2, was amended via Communication Nos.
774.6, 774.7, and 774.8 and duly approved by the Council on May 21, 2020, at the Special
Meeting of the Council. The Operating Budget has increased by $590,000 for an amended total
of$585,678,628. The amended revenue and expenditure accounts are shown below:
