Transmitted herewith for Council approval are resolutions accepting the dedication deed and grant of easements from Willow Plaza, L.L.C. to the County of Hawai`i, as relates to the Puna Kai Shopping Center. The developer with the concurrence of the Department of Public Works is requesting these matters be waived through committee and placed on the full Council agenda for June 3, 2020, if possible. For your information, the dedication deed and grant of easements have been reviewed by the Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply, Department of Environmental Management and the Planning Department and all have recommended acceptance of the dedication deed and grant of easements. All subdivision improvements have been completed. Also, enclosed are copies of memorandums from the Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply, Department of Environmental Management and the Planning Department.
