Say$1 million, not$2 million.
Please revise Bill 169 to allow higher tax rates, as Oahu does, for properties not used as primarresidences, and worth
over$1 million. Bill 169 now says "$2 million".
Something is very wrong when our island has luxury second homes, but more and more people are becoming homeless,
chased from place to place without time to even gather their meager possessions.
