Dear council members: I am one of the grateful to have a job on the kona coast. Our kona office manages over
8000 residences in our community associations. About 50 percent of those.are valued at over 2 million. These
homeowners put less strain on our daily economy while providing 1000's of year round jobs from landscaping,
pools, building Mtc, chefs, unit managers and all other contractors to community managers, Just 4 small
communities employ 21 hilo folks in landscaping alone plus the administrative folks in hilo who keep their
people employed. The point is we need to show some respect and appreciation for these property owners'and
not use them as a piggy bank. .
