Ayes: Council Members Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Villegas and Chair Chung— 7; Noes: Council Member Richards - 1; Absent: Council Member David— 1; Excused: None. Ordinance 20-40 (Bill 158): An Ordinance adopting a pay plan for persons employed by the County other than those whose pay is otherwise provided for, designating payroll periods, pay days, prescribing requirements with respect to official fidelity bonds, and repealing Ordinance No. 19-68 and all amendments thereto, said ordinance to be known as the Salary Ordinance of 2020. Ayes: Council Members Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas and Chair Chung— 8; Noes: None; Absent: Council Member David - 1; Excused: None. Ordinance 20-41 (Bill 160): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-3 (North Kona zone map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), by changing the district classification from Single Family Residential —7,500 square feet (RS-7.5) and Multiple Family Residential—3,500 square feet (RM-3.5) to Residential & Agricultural— three acres (RA-3a) and Single Family Residential—20,000 square feet (RS-20) at Pahoehoe 2nd, North Kona, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 7-7-008:120 and 7-7-008:124.
