SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 3; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2020-2021
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 144, Draft 3, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2020-2021. This proposed amendment would amend the General Excise
Tax Fund by decreasing the expense account GET Mass Transit Equipment by $5,408,632.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Excise Tax Fund expenditure
account is reflected below:
