Especially for the local residents of Hawaii. Whether it be residential, second home, or land. Figure a way to Stop Paying for the Oahu rail, its so unfair we are paying for this. Due to Covid19, we are all hurting and struggling financially as it is making ends meet. The bills don't end, paying utilities, gas, food,property insurance, health insurance_ Its looking like the full recovery will take a long time since Hawaii depends on tourist.
