Re: A Resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for the
Acquisition of land and conservation easement for the property identified as tax
map keys (3) 7-9-001; 013; 014; and 015 in the Ahupua'a of Kuamo`o, District of
Keauhou 1 and Keauhou 2, South Kona.
Attached is a resolution relating to the acquisition of land or a conservation easement of the
property identified as tax map keys (3)7-9-001; 013; 014; and 015 in the Ahupua'a of Kuamo`o,
District of Keauhou 1 and 2, South Kona,pursuant to Section 10-15 of the Hawai`i County
Charter, (2016 Edition), and Chapter 2,Article 42 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016
Edition, as amended). Due to time constraints, I request that this item be placed on the next
available committee agenda.
