Reallocation of Assessment, Lots No. 7D-B & 7D-C
Dear Chairman Arakaki:
Attached is a revised draft (Draft #2) of Bill No. 120 that was submitted and approved on
September 9, 1999 for the 151 Reading.
Lot 7D-B in Improvement District No. 17, TMK: 7-3-051: 061 has been subdivided into
30 parcels which includes two roadways and lot 7D-C, TMK: 7-3-051: 062 has been
subdivided into 11 parcels which includes four roadways. Fina} approval of the revised
subdivision (last revised and approved by the Planning Department on June 8, 1999) was
granted by the Planning Department on September 16, 1999, due to last minute changes
on lot sizes. Total value of assessment does not change.
All requirements for reallocating the assessment have been complied with.
