RE: Cemeteries
Please refer the attached bill regarding Cemeteries to the appropriate committee for discussion.
According to this bill, the Planning Director shall accept applications for cemeteries. The intent
of the bill is to clazify the language in Chapter 6, Article 1 as to who is responsible for accepting
applications for cemeteries. There have been many interpretations of the existing language, so
hopefully this bill will settle the matter.
