I am very concerned about the language of Appendix L in Bill 179. Date JUL 0 6 2020
I believe this bill would give an unfair advantage to less qualified contractors and limit
qualified contractors ability to compete, thus limiting my ability to work.
It is essential for our economy that Hawaii's workers have good paying jobs to properly support
our families.
Please help protect Hawaii's families from exploiters of labor.
