I am a 40 year Hawaii resident and this is my testimony based on my educating myself with due diligent research
regarding HRC 197: For all decision makers that have not taken the time to educate themselves I conveniently
provide you with some research below. I strongly disagree with installation of the 5G network. Many studies already
exist and it takes very little research to hear how dangerous this military grade micro wave weaponry is. The issue is
an absolute no brainer 5G disturbs and toxifies everything living and organic including humans, animals and plants.
So why would anyone want this when other options exist? Wired in fibre optics and cable inet is perfectly sufficient
and available. The Telcom industry is corporate mind greed and willing to kill for profit. There is also evidence of the
Covid 19 and 5G connection the respiratory symptoms of Covid are the same as electromagnetic frequency poisoning
5G blocks the oxygen molecule (hemoglobin) symptoms of suffocation i.e.: all fully installed 5G locations had the
most "positive cases and deaths". Wuhan, Italy, New York, cruise ships, hospitals, prisons, police departments. 5G in
schools will destroy reproductive abilities at young age and alter DNA that passes on to offspring it renders humans
sterile both male and female. The symptoms of wifi and 5G show agitation, irritation, insomnia, nervous disorders,
psychological disorders, memory loss, it could very well be that wifi is responsible for our cultures current mental
disorders gaining and growing in capacity and quantity at a very rapid speed. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD
ABOUT 5G. At this rate all humans are exposed to wifi and we are reaching an apex that a healthy model to
compare in studies and consider this extended exposure causes extended exponential damage we will reach a time
when a healthy model to compare to will no longer exist.

A 525-million study that was published by the National Toxicology Program also recently concluded that EMR is a
"definite" carcinogen, linking cell phone radiation to cancers of the heart and brain. Big Telecom is following Big
Tobacco's lead by conjuring up a host of"no effect" studies to dilute the evidence of harm.EMR exposure is at the
highest levels seen in history, it's clear that this is going to get ugly. With 5G, EMR will become nearly inescapable,
as "the grid"will need to be expanded by many thousands of components to maintain connectivity. Experts say that
the type of radiation produced by 5G will be even"m_ore of a threat, due to its increased ability to penetrate human
skin.According to Pineault's report, current estimates indicate that some 3.5 percent of people already experience
some degree of"electro-sensitivity," but actual numbers could very well be much higher. Mild to moderate symptoms
may include fatigue, sleep disturbances, headaches, depression, memory, hearing disruptions and skin problems.
Some of the problems it's being linked to include various types of cancer, mass wildlife die-offs including animals as
well as plants, heart problems, Alzheimer's, diabetes, headaches, and DNA damage to humans, animals and plants
alike.
WE THE PEOPLE ARE NOT ASKING YOU WE ARE TELLING YOU WE WILL NOT TOLERATE YOUR DECISION TO
DESTROY OUR-HEALTH
Why would you when safer alternatives exist?Profit is one reason the other is genocide and depopulation of the human species. An
evil agenda that is not conspiracy theory itis theory that there are those who wish diminish the number of humans on the planet.
Diminish the humans and roll out the AI robots who probably eat 5G like its lunch. Can you imagine the earth run by robots and
human life is history and human beings exist no more and are only in a memory of the past?
The human biology has no natural resilliance to this modern technology.It will take centuries of evolution to develop an organic and
natural biological protection as an immunity builds by the human body.We don't need to go faster we are going to fast and this is
immediate proof.WE need to slow down. This technology can render the human being extinct before the human body can build up
an immunity to the constant exposure of radio wave frequencies at these extreme high levels.Whats guaranteed to be faster is your
demise.You will certainly die faster and you and your family will suffer unnecessarily.If it goes through it will be the most enormous
threat to humanity and the blunder of all times by the unconscious beings on earth.There is a large portion of leaders completely
unaware of the depth of their lack of awareness.It is time to think before acting.Did Ige give it any thought?Has he become
educated or done any research before he signed our health and lives away giving this technology the green light?We have no need for
that type of leadership.A man that can't find his twitter password when the state is in threat of nuclear attack.He needs to be
replaced.
Over 20%of the population is EMF sensitive and many of those people do not realize they have that sensitivity.As people become sicker from the deadly pulsed and
weaponized wireless and dirty electricity flood from utility meters and house fires and personal surveillance there will be a mass exodus from grid service in the
coming years.Under current utility policies it is unavoidable.That rate of 20%EMF sensitive will sharply grow as our wireless exposures grow throughout our living
and working spaces,especially in urban centers.When EMF sensitivity rates approach 50%of the population,which could happen within a decade,there will have to
be a major dismantling and removal of wireless services and devices as we know them today.The wireless industries which make trillions of dollars per year,will
fight for decades if possible to continue their assault on our health,rights and privacy even as people die and become disabled from wireless exposures and injury,the
massively profitable wireless industry will desperately pretend there is"no proof'for what is right in front of our eyes.
We have found that utility companies usually do not properly or lawfully respond to a customer's refusal of the hazardous and harmful electronic utility meters.Rather
than simply provide a standard,safe and lawful electromechanical meter as the law requires,the utility company usually proceeds to unlawfully bully,harass,mislead
and penalize the customer,and in some cases terminate the customer's electric service unjustly.
Our courts,justice system and law enforcement consistently fail to protect utility customers from this abuse and these criminal violations perpetrated by utility
company officers and employees.
Centralized control and policies that serve only the policymakers must be put away.
