I, Eugene Elmer, am in support of Resolution 678-20.
The amount of study and inquiry on this subject that I have performed and the quantity of knowledge acquired on the
research that has been done concerning wireless 5G, has led me to the obvious conclusion, this is a very harmful
technology and the research will prove it.
We, the people of the Big Island, are insisting on well funded, comprehensive and independent testing and research
that is payed for by the telecom companies wishing to benefit from what many of us believe, is a harmful
technology. Nearly all of my friends in South Kona are for this resolution.
We believe there needs to be mandatory independent testing before the unleashing of something of this scale, and
public input should be a policy prior to a rollout.
