Mahalo for giving me the opportunity to provide my written testimony regarding:
Resolution 678-20: CALLING UPON ALL TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES AND
PUBLIC UTILITIES OPERATING IN HAWAII COUNTY TO CEASE THE BUILDOUT OF 5G
WIRELESS INFRASTRUCTURE UNTIL SUCH TECHNOLOGIES HAVE BEEN PROVEN
THROUGH INDEPENDENT RESEARCH AND TESTING TO BE SAFE TO HUMAN HEALTH
AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
I Frank Ka`ano`i a resident of Kapolei, Hawaii, do hereby give my full support to Resolution
678-20 and highly recommend passage of this Resolution.
1. The Precautionary Principle states " when an activity raises threats of harm to human health or the
environment, precautionary measures should be taken even if some cause-and-effect relationships
are not fully established scientifically".
2. I do hereby declare that I do not give my consent to the State of Hawaii, City& Counties of
Honolulu, Kauai, Maui, Hawaii and the Federal Government to the deployment of 5G, loT and
related technologies that have been scientifically proven to cause cancer, neurological and
cognitive harm, heart abnormalities, reproductive effects and microwave sickness among other
serious health problems.
3. I do not give my consent to the deployment of 5G, loT and related technologies being used as a
stealth weapon 24/7 against Humanity, our environment and all biological life on land, air and sea!
4. A Digest of Independent Science on Public Health Concerns Regarding Wireless Radiation,
containing hundreds of peer-reviewed, published studies is available at:

5. Therefore I'm requesting that the Department of Health conduct a study on the potential health
risks of 5G Wireless Technology, including peer reviewed scientific data on 5G, and a moratorium
be implemented on current and future deployment of 5G and related technology until the study is
completed.
