UTILITIES OPERATING IN HAWAII COUNTY to CEASE the BUILDOUT of5G WIRELESS
INFRASTRUCTURE UNTIL SUCH TECHNOLOGIES HAVE BEEN PROVEN THROUGH
INDEPENDENT RESEARCH AND TESTING TO BE SAFE to HUMAN HEALTH and the
ENVIRONMENT.
