CORRESPONDENCE 19-02, REQUEST FOR REPRESENTATION BY CORPORATION COUNSEL IN CIVIL NO. 19-1-099K Noe Raquinio vs. County of Hawaii Police Officers Michael Hardie, Jeremy Lewis, Sean Smith, Kyle Hirayama, Edward Lewis, and Marco Segobia. CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINT (Briefly summarized.) • Complaint HPC 19-01: Complainant alleged that his rights were violated and a search warrant was invalid when officers raided his home. • Complaint HPC 19-04: Complainant alleged that during a traffic stop, an officer took his Hawaiian Kingdom motor vehicle operator's certificate and didn't return it. • Complaint HPC 19-05: Complainant alleged that while working in the police station, an officer yelled and used profanity at him.
