DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson Sarah Moon to provide comments and /or information relating to
matters of concern to the Commission.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• Discuss procedures on how to respond to communications /requests sent
to the Commission

Discuss scheduling of 2011 public regional meetings
Schedule priorities for 2011 meetings and activities
Discuss and draft press release for the solicitation of suggestion forms
