DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson Sarah Moon to provide comments and /or information relating to matters
of concern to the Commission.

➢ Commissioners to discuss, review and assess Suggestion Forms submitted by
the public for 2011
NEW BUSINESS
➢ Discuss and establish the 2011 Prioritized List
➢ Discuss drafting of the 2011 Annual Report to the Mayor
➢ Discuss proposed Bill No. 87 and draft a letter of support to initiate a Charter
Amendment to Article X, Financial Procedures, Section 10-15, of the Hawaii
County Charter (2010 Edition), regarding the Public Access, Open Space and
Natural Resources Preservation Fund
