Communication No. 12 -001: Letter dated December 7, 2011 from Dale Bonar,
Executive Director, Hawaiian Islands Land Trust, re: Request to have Richard and June
Ha's Hamakua Springs conservation easement request withdrawn from consideration
by the Commission
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Property Manager Ken Van Bergen will answer any questions from the commissioners
regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
➢ Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to conduct a "Sunshine Law" training for
the Commission

Chairperson Wilma Matsumura to provide comments and /or information relating to
matters of concern to the Commission.

➢ The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 12, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in
Hilo, Hawaii (location to be determined)
