DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Property Manager Ken Van Bergen will answer any questions from the commissioners
regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel William Brilhante to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson Marilyn Nicholson to provide comments and /or information relating to
matters of concern to the Commission.
NEW BUSINESS
➢ Commission to discuss, review and revise the Assessment Criteria Form
➢ Commission to discuss and review draft press release to publicize to various
radio stations and newspapers soliciting suggestion forms from the public
➢ Commission to discuss and schedule 2013 public regional meetings and
outreach providing information and soliciting suggestion forms
