DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Property Manager Ken Van Bergen will answer any questions from the commissioners
regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel William Brilhante to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson Marilyn Nicholson to provide comments and /or information relating to
matters of concern to the Commission.
NEW BUSINESS
➢ Commission to discuss the evaluation process when reviewing suggestion forms
submitted by the public
➢ Commission to discuss, review and assess Suggestion Forms submitted by the
public for 2013
➢ Commission to discuss and possibly develop criteria on submitting a letter to
the Mayor to amend the Prioritized List immediately to add and rank White
Sands Mauka, TMK: (3) 7 -7- 008:021 & 023 as #1

➢ The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in
the West Hawaii Civic Center, Building G Conference Room, 74 -5044 Ane

administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
