KI CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT Chairperson Marilyn Nicholson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the Commission. NEW BUSINESS ➢ Commission to discuss, assess and review evaluation scores from the Suggestion Forms submitted by the public and discuss the ranking for the 2013 Prioritized List Commission to discuss the drafting of the 2013 Annual Report to the Mayor ➢ Commissioner Debbie Hecht to discuss with the Commission urging them to talk to their Community Development Plan Committees in their respective districts regarding the Commission and its process ANNOUNCEMENTS ➢ The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Hilo, Hawaii (Location to be determined) ➢ Set agenda for Monday, November 18, 2013 ADJOURNMENT NOTE: If you require an accommodation or auxiliary aid and /or services to participate in this meeting (i.e., sign language interpreter, large print, etc.) please call 961 -8069.
