DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Property Manager Ken Van Bergen will answer any questions from the commissioners
regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters.
➢ Commission to discuss with Property Manager Ken Van Bergen regarding the
mechanism of the Public Access Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation
Maintenance Fund and stewardship grants relating to the Fund
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel William Brilhante to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.

Chairperson Marilyn Nicholson to provide comments and /or information relating to
matters of concern to the Commission.
NEW BUSINESS
➢ Commission to discuss, assess and review evaluation scores from the
Suggestion Forms submitted by the public and discuss the ranking for the 2013
Prioritized List
Commission to discuss the drafting of the 2013 Annual Report to the Mayor
➢ Commissioner Debbie Hecht to discuss with the Commission urging them to
talk to their Community Development Plan Committees in their respective
districts regarding the Commission and its process
ANNOUNCEMENTS
➢ The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in
Hilo, Hawaii (Location to be determined)
➢ Set agenda for Monday, November 18, 2013
