at 961-8311 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to
arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication
methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically
challenged.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter °°HRS") 92-3.5, the
Hawaii County Department of Parks & Recreation will be conducting this meeting via
videoconference. If the audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period
of time, the meeting will be terminated, Veterans Advisory Committee Members will be present
at the following locations:
Hawaii County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, 655 Kilauea Ave, Confr. Rm B
(Members Michael Doolittle, Debra Lewis, Isaac Nahakuelua, George Sheridan, and Emile
Wery will be participating from the Puna Conference Room.)
Kona Mayor's Office, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway,
Building B (Members Marcia Brinkley, Garaile Brulee-Wilson, Antonio Gaspar, and
Minoru Hanato will be participating from the Kona Mayor's Office.)

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
