Comm. 19-041: Email dated June 4, 2019 from Megan Lamson, Hawai'i Wildlife Fund, for Charter Commission updates regarding proposed CA -9 and CA -18 amendments effecting the PONC program. 3. IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of May 13, 2019, Regular session V. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT: Property Manager Hamana Ventura will answer any questions from the commissioners regarding the items of financial matters and other concerns. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT: Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim to provide comments and/or information relating to legal matters of concern to the Commission. 1. Report regarding adding individuals who are not PONC Commissioners to PONC's Ad Hoc Site Visit Committee. VII. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT: Chairperson Kekaulike Tomich to provide comments and/or information relating to matters of concern to the Commission. VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. Review and discuss the 2019 Suggestion Forms received. 2. Review and discuss the Ad Hoc Site Visit Reports for Comm. 19-004, 022, 023, 024, and 027. 3. The "Comprehensive Report" outline for the 2019 Annual Report to the Mayor. 4. Approval of retroactive labeling of Suggestion Forms received since January 1, 2019. IX. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Ad Hoc Site Visit Report from Mr. Warshauer for Comm. 19-025. 2. Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel regarding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities X. ANNOUNCEMENTS 1. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Hilo County Building, Council Chambers 25 Aupuni Street, Suite #1401 Hilo, Hawai'i 96720. 2.
