I'd like to call the meeting of the County of Hawaii <br />Liquor Commission to order. If everyone could please place your cell phones or any <br />other devices on silent we would appreciate it. A couple of housekeeping things: we are <br />recording this meeting so please remember to speak one at a time so that the recording <br />remains clear; the microphones in the room do not amplify your voice but only record <br />what is being said.
