Ikaho Hawaiian Festival in July.
I sincerely regret that I will be unable to accept your kind invitation because of my
duties here in Hilo. All of us wish you a most enjoyable and memorable Festival, which
is a wonderful showcase of Hawaiian music and culture.
We cherish our time-honored Sister City relationship with Shibukawa City, and
you are always welcome to Hawai'i Island as our dear friends.
