RE: Destruction of Records for FY 18-19
The Office of the Mayor has not destroyed any records during Fiscal Year 2018-2019.
All documents are scanned and retained electronically in the Office of the Mayor's
Laserfiche repository.
In addition, the Administrative Services Assistant I has reported that she has not
destroyed any records for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Subject: Destruction of Records (Submittal of List of Records Destroyed)
Pursuant to Resolution 345-96, Draft 2, each department and agency that
destroys records under the authority of the Hawaii County Paper and Electronic
Records Retention Schedule shall submit a list of all records destroyed during
the fiscal year to the Committee on the Destruction of Records within 30 days
after the close of each fiscal year. Therefore, the deadline for submission of
such reports is July 31, 2019.
