Fire Department's presentation on its recruitment process. The commission anticipates convening in executive session regarding the above matter pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (4) (6) for the purpose of consulting with the commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities; and to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety.
