PLACE: West Hawaii Civic Center, Planning Department Conference Room—Building E, 2nd Floor 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, 96740 DATE: September 3, 2019 TIME: 5:15 PM AGENDA CALL TO ORDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Meetings of June 18, 2019, July 9, 2019 and July 23, 2019 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS NEW BUSINESS 1. The applicant, David Pfeifer, is proposing a revision to St. Michael's Church, which was previously reviewed by the KVDC at its June 10, 2010 meeting. This submission is proposing a revised design for the new Parish Hall with a revised one-story design at a building height of approximately 30 feet. On May 6, 2015, amendments to the Plan Approval included the replacement of the Parish Hall with a Parish Hall pad in its place and it was approved as a future phase. ADJOURNMENT Notice: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b), Hawaii County Code}.
