RULE CHANGES Rule 11 - Rules and Regulations Relating to the Administration of the Highway Safety Act, Chapter 286, Part VI, Motor Vehicle Driver Licensing, Hawai'i Revised Statutes. a. Rule 11.3 - Remove section. Acceptable forms of identification can be found in Hawai'i Administrative Rules (HAR), §19-122, Subchapter 7, §19-122-302. b. Rule 11.4 - Renumber to Rule 11.3 and remove "as shown in Exhibit A" in sub -sections (b), (c), and (d). Housekeeping. c. Rule 11.5 - Remove section. He/she may be required to obtain a letter from the University of Hawai'i Religion Department, which confirms the religious position he/she is taking. Each applicant is advised that the Corporation Counsel and the Finance Department, prior to the release of the plastic license will review these letters." REAL ID requirements. 1. Sub -section (a) -add "changing address, sex, name of the licensee or correcting social security number or date of birth shall furnish the following as appropriate:" and add list of documents required.
