With this letter, the County of Hawai'i hereby transmits the Draft Environmental
Assessment and Anticipated Finding of No Significant Impact (DEA-AFONSI) for the
proposed Kukuiola and Village 9 Affordable Rental Community, TMK (3) 7-4-020: 004,
on the island and County of Hawaii, for publication in the next available edition of The
Environmental Notice.
Transmitted with this letter are four copies of a searchable .pdf document of the
DEA and a shapefile for the proposed action. We have entered information about the
proposed action in pertinent fields of the OEQC's online Submittal Form, including the
action summary.
