CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT: Chairperson Kekaulike Tomich to provide comments and/or information relating to matters of concern to the Commission. IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. Review Annual Report to the Mayor draft (Table of Contents, Comprehensive Report, Outline, and Formatting) X. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Review the Prioritized Scoring Results of the 2019 Suggestion Forms 2. Commission to Assign the 2019 Annual Report Prioritize Summaries due date to be announced. 3. Commission to Review, discuss, and make recommendation to the Depart- ment of Park and Recreation (P&R) 2020 Stewardship Grant applications by October 15, 2019. 4. Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel re- garding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privi- leges, immunities, and liabilities. XI. SUBMITTING TESTIMONY Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring twelve (12) copies for distribution. Please submit separate testimony for each agenda item. Writ- ten testimony will be presented to the PONC Commission members as soon as practica- ble. NOTE: If you need an auxiliary, aid/service or to the accommodation due to a disability, contact Maxine Cutler at ponctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov or (808) 961-8069 as soon as possible, preferably before September 3, 2019. NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii' County Code). A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
