Commission to Review, discuss, and make recommendation to the Depart- ment of Park and Recreation (P&R) 2020 Stewardship Grant applications by October 15, 2019. 4. Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel re- garding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privi- leges, immunities, and liabilities. XI.
