Aloha and welcome to County of Hawaiʻi's online plans, permits, and inspecons system.
We hope you enjoy your experience using this site as we continue to strive to offer you, our family and welcome guests,
greater transparency, and improved service and support as we work together in making our island of Hawaiʻi a great
place to live for our families and future.
As a guest user you can search for planning applications and approvals, building, and a selection of engineering permits
for the island of Hawaii.
As a registered user, you can apply for and check on the status of your planning approvals, building, and a selection of
engineering permits. We also eventually plan to accept electronic plan submittal for the permits that you apply for. For
building permits that are issued, you can request inspections and view the results of those inspections once they are
completed.
More permit types may become available on this site in the future.
