CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Deputy Finance Director, Steven A. Hunt at 9:00 a.m.
ATTENDANCE
Steven A. Hunt, Deputy Finance Director
Naomi O'Dell, Vehicle Registration & Licensing Administrator
J Yoshimoto, Deputy Corporation Counsel
Danny Patel, Deputy Corporation Counsel
Crystallene Pacheco, Private Secretary, Finance Department
OPENING STATEMENTS
Those present at the meeting were introduced by Mr. Hunt. He also stated the purpose of the hearing,
publication dates for notice of hearing and explained that there is no impact to small businesses.
Mr. Hunt read a summary of the major changes in Rules 11, 12, 13, 14, 18 and 19 (on agenda).
PUBLIC STATEMENTS
One member from the public, Miss Mahi commented on Rule 11.2(0 (not on agenda).
CONCLUSION
Mr. Hunt accepted the changes made to Rules 11, 12, 13, 14, 18 and 19 and announced that copies will be
sent to the Mayor for consideration before forwarding to the Lieutenant Governor's office.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Hunt adjourned the hearing at 9:29 a.m.
