Property Manager Hamana Ventura will answer any questions from the commis-
sioners regarding the items of financial matters and other concerns.

Chairperson Kekaulike Tomich to provide comments and/or information relating
to matters of concern to the Commission.

VIII. NEW BUSINESS:
1. 2019 Annual Report to the Mayor [Review and Approve]
2. 2020 PONC Meeting Calendar [Review dates and Approve]
3. Election of New Officers: Chairperson and Vice Chair
4. Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel re-
garding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privi-
leges, immunities, and liabilities.

TESTIMONY
Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission Secretary at least ten (10)
minutes before the start of each meeting.
SUBMITTING TESTIMONY
Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring twelve (12) copies for distribution.
Written testimonies may also be received by October 28, 2019 by: (1) mail to Maxine Cutler,
County of Hawaii, PONC Commission, 25 Aupuni Street Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai'i, 96720; or (2)

separate testimony for each agenda item. Written testimony will be presented to the PONC
Commission members as soon as practicable.
NOTE: If you need an auxiliary, aid/service or to the accommodation due to a disa-

as soon as possible, preferably before October 28, 2019. If a response is received af-
ter October 29, 2019, we will try to obtain the auxiliary aid/service or accommoda-
tion, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled.
NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becom-
ing a lobbyist. (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code). A lobbyist means, "any indi-
vidual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or
$275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administra-
tive action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." (Article 15,
Section 2-91.3(a) (6), Hawai'i County Code) Registration forms and expenditure report docu-
ments are available at the Office of the County Clerk -Council 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii
96720.
