APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />EXCUSED <br />Jessie Marques <br />Debra Toledo-Ebreo <br />Cyd Hoffeld, ex -officio <br />Renee Schoen, Corp. Counsel <br />A. Lee -Ann Heely moved to approve the agenda and Jewel seconded. No <br />discussion. The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (January 8, 2016) <br />A. Brooke Derby motioned to approve the January 8, 2016 minutes, Mele <br />seconded. The minutes of January 8, 2016 were approved as amended. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. January 2016 Financials <br />• One travel expense in January 2016 for CSW meeting in Waimea <br />was processed. <br />• Farrah confirmed with CSW members that mileage requests <br />should be submitted on a month-to-month basis. Submitting more <br />than one month on the same mileage request form will be <br />returned to CSW for correction and resubmission of mileage on <br />separate forms. <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
