MINUTES <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STANDARDIZATION COMMITTEE <br />Tuesday, October 22, 2019 <br />County Building <br />Finance Conference Room <br />25 Aupuni Street, Suite 2103 <br />Hilo, Hawai`i <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Deanna Sako at 2:00 p.m. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />There was a quorum with the following committee members and staff in attendance: <br />Deanna Sako, Director of Finance <br />Joseph Kamelamela, Corporation Counsel <br />Allan Simeon, Deputy Director of Public Works <br />Lee Lord, Accountant III of Office of the Prosecuting Attorney <br />Reid Sewake, Business Manager of Parks & Recreation <br />Also present: Steven Hunt, Deputy Director of Finance <br />Diane Nakagawa, Purchasing Agent — Finance <br />Steve Wilhelm, Procurement & Specs Specialist - Finance <br />Crystallene Pacheco, Private Secretary— Finance <br />Chad Marote, Lead Electrician — Parks & Recreation <br />Kevin Matsunami, Electrician — Parks & Recreation <br />Absent: David Yamamoto <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Those present at the meeting were introduced by Ms. Sako. <br />MINUTES OF MAY 28, 2019 MEETING <br />2 <br />Mr. Kamelamela moved to approve the minutes of the May 28, 2019 meeting.
