a. Overview training on the Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery
(CDBG-DR) by Kevin O’Neill, Assistant Director for the Federal Housing and
Urban Development’s (HUD) Disaster Recovery and Special Issues Division (DRSI)
in San Francisco and other HUD personnel, with focus on the 2018 Kīlauea
Eruption.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”)
§92-3.5, the Hawai‘i County Housing Agency (HCHA) will be conducting this meeting via
video conference. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period of
time, the meeting will be terminated. HCHA Members will be present at the following location:
KONA Council Conference Room – Building A, West Hawai‘i Civic Center, 74-5044
Ane Keohokālole Highway, Kailua-Kona 96750
Pursuant to HRS §92-7 HCHA Member Rebecca Villegas will be participating from the
Kona Council Chambers.
Public attendance via videoconference is available at the Kona location.
