In the Matter of the Accusation Against Honokaa Country Market, LLC,
dba Honokaa Country Market, located at 45-3745 Honokaa-Waipi`o Road,
Honokaa, Hawaii.
Informal Hearing (Alternative 1) on violation of Rule 5-11(A) of the Rules and
Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control
of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, for temporarily closing its premises
for 5 or more consecutive days (July 16-23) without notifying the Department
in writing of the intention to do so, the approximate period that such premises
