600 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa, Hawai'i.
Informal Hearing (Alternative IV) on violation of Rule 4-6(B) of the Rules and
Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control
of the County of Hawai'i, State of Hawai'i, for failure to notify the Liquor
Commission of the Department of Liquor Control in writing, within sixty (60)
days of the change of officers and directors.

continued from November 21, 2019, for decision-making regarding the penalty
for the violation.
